BIRDS on the BAY Formula Rendezvous 2015 - Information

Ok I have 20 Formulas that gave me their official commitments to BOTB 2015. I have another 8 on a side list that gave me a yeah but have not gave me the official with all the info I need to input in our guest list spreadsheet.

This spreadsheet will be used to account for your party at the catered dinner and also be used to plan the slipping assignment.

That info includes....

-Boat Name
-Attendee names
-Formula Size & Model
-Head count of your party

I tried sending you a PM also searching for the rest of the info necessary to fill our Guest List spreadsheet. Shoot me over an email with the info I asked for above, so we can get your info filled in! formulaownersofnj@gmail.com

Fees/Donations will be collected the day of at the registration desk where you will check in and receive your goodie package and also your support wristbands that will also be your access for the catered dinner!

We are working on the slipping assignment and also the itinerary details for attendees so they won't miss anything going on.

This event can't come soon enough, it's going to be such a great time plus it's for a great cause..... Thanks IDCE for putting this all together after attending the last years event I've put it in on my calendar once the dates got announced. Looking forward to meeting other Formula owners.

Joining us this year at our BIRDS on the BAY Formula Rendezvous will not just be a great time and huge party but it has been revamped to be a fundraiser to help out the community. This year is for a young boy diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome. By the help of generous sponsors we were able to set up quite the day for a Formula Owner. Come join us on August 22nd-23rd on a very fun and memorable day. As a Formula Family lets help out another family in need.


Tyler and family will be there, so lets show them a great time!

2 Weeks away from the BIG EVENT! Don't worry about packing food for the weekend! Award winning gourmet food trucks will be on location of BOTB 2015! Romano's Disco Fries will be offering lunch on Saturday, August 22nd, Ice Cream Shop of Manahawkin will be offering dessert Saturday after the Catered Dinner Sponsored by Comstock, and Coffee and Breakfast will be offered by the Fork in the Road on Sunday morning!
