Where could these parts have come from?

I have a 2015 350 CBR. I was doing deep cleaning in the bilge this weekend. As my boat is in water year round (except for bottom painting and outdrive service), I never was truly able to get all the residual water out of the bilge like one can do when they open the drain plugs. So, I used my shop vac right behind the bilge pump and I was able to get about 6 gals of water and various bilge fluids out. I also found these 2 parts. Both are rubber or EPDM type material.
The black one is stepped down and the purple one has a groove around the circumference.

Could they be leftover from the build of the boat of "stuff" that just "fell down" during the assembly process?

Any ideas?

That step down part LOOKS like an attachment we use on a float blower, one of those 12v units that plugs into a cigarette lighter and allows you to add air to various sizes of air valve equipped water toys.

Thanks, but the stepped down part, (black in color), is solid.

Honestly I think it's just random parts from the build I found all kinds of craziness in my bilge including a full size orbital air sander.

Heck, you bought an orbital sander and got a boat thrown in for free.
