On the bow where the anchor chain comes up there is a rubber piece that the chain goes up and down on and I can't think of the name of it. I need to replace it because it's worn down from all the up/down anchoring over the years. Bow roller?
 
I’m not sure on the set up for a 41PC, but I know on my 37PC, you have to remove the built in davit to replace the rollers. It’s siliconed in with an excessive amount of adhesive. Took a long time to get it free so I could replace them.

Good Luck, I would reach out to TAG for the correct roller part and brass bushings. They usually have a good stock supply.

You’ve pretty much confirmed my fears but I’ll be tackling the project while the boat is in storage. Thanks for the info.
 
The roller you are talking about is the bow anchor roller. Mine is urethane (orange color). You can buy them at any place that sells boat trailers.
 
The rollers are specific to that assembly. I bought some off the shelf from west marine but had to machine them for a proper fit. I would suggest just ordering them with the axles from TAG
