What is the correct raw water pressure for 496 Mag HOs?

2008 350 SS with 496 Mag HOs.. at idle speed, VesselView shows water PSI at 3.7.. starboard side is 17.9. Which is correct? .. maybe it's a failed sensor.. my water temps are the same, only see a difference in the PSI indicator. This isn't a new issue, has been this way for a year or so. I ignored it because water temps were OK.

My 34 PC with 502 Mag HO usually run around 3.5, at idle. Pressure fluctuates a little, maybe 1/2 psi.

My 2005 496 HO's are both around 3 psi at idle.

Sounds like my port reading at idle 3.7 psi is good, which means the starboard reading at 17 psi is off. I just had the heat exchangers flushed with barnacle buster, they sat overnight. Any suggestions for starting the diagnosis? As noted above, engine temps are normal at all speeds.
