Same here....I replaced the pump a couple months ago and did not observe any inline fuses. Sounds like you need to isolate the issue using a volt meter. I am a huge fan of Formula design and engineering and will never buy a boat from another manufacturer; however, why they decided to install the domestic water pump and filter behind the Fridge is mind boggling....it's not difficult to remove the fridge but it's a PITA. I'm thinking about adding some plumbing to place the filter under the galley sink where it's easy to get at...but I digress...I took all that stuff apart on my 40 and I didn't see any fuse perhaps the breaker failed.

Great idea, thanks.I used a hole saw and cut access from under the sink to behind the fridge to have easier access to the filter.
Love it......awesome idea.I moved my water pump to engine room and the filter under the sink, works great.
No more pump noise and easy to get to the filter.
