Walk through windshiel

We have a 2002 31 PC solid windshield, has anyone changed that to a walk through? If so approximate cost.

So I have not seen this, I think the windshield might be the easiest part....meaning you need stairs to climb up through it, which I imagine would be quite costly.

However I don't want to discourage, I am sure others will read this and pick up with more details!
 
I had asked the same question a year or so ago and didn't get much if any response. I have not looked into it any further but if you come across a solution I would be very interested. The lack of steps would not deter me from making the modification as it would be a much safer and easier way to access the foredeck.
 
Maybe I will contact formula and ask, you could easily step up on dash. I agree with making it safer we put fishing pole holders on the side which make it harder to get around to the front.
 
I don't really think the dash in that area was meant to be stood/walked on. Those years with the integrated steps, I would think they were reinforced in that area since the intent was that there would be traffic through that area. I'd be afraid that I'd crack the dash. I've never had a problem walking on the outside of a 31pc. Plenty of area's to hold on to from the bow rail to the windshield frame.
