Trade or sell 2009 Formula 40 PC

I am looking to retire soon and want to lower all my payments. Prefer to trade my 09 40 PC for a 41 PC. Or sell. My 40 has 408 hrs on IPS 500. Asking $274,532.00.

Good morning. 2 questions. Does it have a separate bulkhead door for the front stateroom? Does it have a hydraulic swim platform? Thanks.

Hi and good evening Yes it has a closed forward stateroom with bulkhead and door. Rear sitting area / stateroom has a curtain. Yes it has the Latham hydraulic swim platform with chocks for tender or jet ski.
