Here is a finished photo of the back of my boat after the mods were done. Not as pretty as Mo Power but not to bad for a shade tree farmer mechanic. Opps the one picture doesn't belong and can't get it off. sorry Will post performance pics when I float it tomorrow I hope

Heading for LOTO for the 4th I will have to finish my tinkering there as I can't seem to find the time here to get it done. Need to get it idleing better and check for any water leaks. then trying props hope to post pics for some preformance when I get back.

My F350 trans took a dump last week and I didn't get it back yet so I'm going nowhere this weekend :'(
 
Sorry about the trany, not something that happens alot I hope as that is what I tow with. Lake was pretty rough so didn't get to do much as far at testing, but ran pretty good, did 65 by speedo pretty easy. will be back down there next weekend and will play for about 10 days. I even left my trailer there so as not to let the boat think I have a lot of confendence in her yet. good luck on the trany.
 
Thanks.. I'm promised "the middle of this week" ::). We'll see. This guy IS reliable as I have dealt with him before.
 
Well no pic's. The boat ran 65 pretty easy need to do some prop swapping. I have on a 25 mirage 3 blade and tried a mirage plus it seemed to pull a little harder no change on top end. the hole shot is great and seems to have plenty of power on the low end. just need to dial in the top side maybe have to go to holly carbs. don't know if 750s will do or 850s no hurry to play with it any more this year just want to cruise and enjoy the summer.
 
If you can try some Bravo Is about 24" or 26" I think you will be pleasantly surprised :eek:. You cruise speed at 3000 rpm should go up a few mph. Top end should be about the same. ;). It's a shame your not closer , I have a spare set of 26s :(
