Sailing in the BVI's

Beautiful!

Saw you went through CLT airport on the way. Bet we didn't miss each other by much....just went thru there.

And I thought I was having fun down in Ft. Myers. Great video. Looking forward to part two.

Enjoy

Steve,

Just showed this video to the Admiral. She wants to know when we are going. Looks like I'll need to get the lowdown from you.

Thanks guys, if you look thru the gallery under BVI's you can see that I have been going down there since 2008. Usually 2x's a year. You can rent power boats if your not up to speed on sailing. We started with power boats then gradually learned how to sail and have not gone back to power since.

many places to charter from. You can go with big outfits with 3 year old boats and pay top dollar or go with smaller 2nd tier outfits and pay less.. And then you can go to Mom and Pop shops and go cheap.

Once you go the 1st time, the 2nd time you wont care if your in a cardboard box that floats. figure of speech.

anyone that wants info just email me at webmaster@formulaboatsforum.com

There is a forum called traveltalkonline.com its free and you dont have to sign up to read the posts. got the the British Virgin Islands forum and you can learn a lot.

I want to do this for sure...what would you recommend for first timers?
Two families; 4 adults and 7 kids total (7 to 14 in age)...besides leaving the kids home or going to Universal (lol)
Sail or power?
Tortola?
