Not all that bad Just did it last winter. Replaced with Norcold same model DE0061. I even did a slight trim to save the burl doors. The TRICKEY part is getting the slide door out. Be sure to get new sliders from Formula when u have this all apart.
Remove the stainless bar the goes from the step to the windsheild frame. Remove all the door slider screws. Wiggle and wiggle and wiggle to get the door in the right spot, a slight twist and it comes out. DO NOT BREAK THIS PLEXI DOOR! all bad. Takes two people. Pull the cabinet doors off the fridge covers. Pull the doors off the fridge. The fridge screws are around the flange of the fridge. Pull them out and the fridge should slide out. The box will not clear the door without taking all the coils off the back. do not break the freon lines in the cabin, just duct tape them on the box with the compressor. Slide the whole mess out and toss it in the dumpster.
The new unit has a tiny coil and computer style fan. You have to disassemble most of the new fridge again taping carefully the compressor and coil assembly to the box so it will clear the door frame. Re assemble and slide into place. Plug in the 110 to the specific outlet it came out of. Hook up the 12V on top then slide all the way in. Put the flange screws in and hang the new doors per the instructions on hinges. I had to use a small die grinder to cut 4 reliefs to clear the new fridge hinges in the back of the flush cabinet doors. I finally got them to fit. There ya go! Again careful on the plex slider door. I dont know if it is still available but it would have to be $$$$. Whew
