Replace fuel pump on horizon 6.2.

16 oz, that's different but should work so long as it didn't empty it

Do think you have a fuel module issue, its leaking inside or something else

Well it emptied bottle then about 5 oz of gas came back into bottle. Thought is something wrong with the module pumps are in? Or when they get hot something happens. Maybe remember replace water line to the module holding pumps?

Emptying the bottle then sucks in air. Air will compress where fuel will not, so when pump stops the air pushes the gas back out. Try it with a larger container

Replied to the thread but it had a link to boatinfo so you could look at manual 41 for cool fuel. It won't post because there is no mod here which will do it

The pump is not that complicated and if put back together correctly it will work. I don't like the module pump and don't see why folks keep using them but that is another story.

Electric pumps don't suck much at all not like a mechanical pump. If air replaces the fuel (lighter and easier to move) then it will stay there until its bleed out

Well pumps seem to be working. Module is getting hot so thought is it is not getting cooling water. Line or blockage in module

The module won't get much water until the motor starts. It uses water pressure build up to cause a venturi effect to bring water in

Just as an update. Replaced both fuel modules, lucky to get them. Salt water had blocked water flow and when we dumped water from pump housing you could see and smell it’d been there awhile..of course bay testing boat and port engine starts up..apparently had water in bellows, no crack or hole in bellows, and it had been replaced 3 yrs ago...froze gimbal bearing. All replaced. Pulled drive for winter and no water in bellows...looking for 2021
