Replace fuel pump on horizon 6.2.

With retaining screw out its just the O-rings are stuck. Some times a little penetrating oil can give you enough lube to break them free, but other then that its just pull

Being a 6.2 I'm assuming Bravo drive

Has the antisiphon valve been removed, cleaned to see if its stuck?

What started the process to think about replacing the pump?

Remove the fuel filter and pour contents into a clear container to see if thee is anything but clean gas.
Edit_forget the filter part, you have the box fuel container and filter in one

To bleed the system, get pump running and press in on the schrader valve on fuel rail until you see gas

He said he checked it and he siphoned from tankI’m a little frustrated for it to stall. Sit a few days then start it sounds like something blocking fuel n not pumps. I’ve got a buddy who’s master mechanic if we can’t fix and I’ll ask him to double check anti siphon. Located ?

We hooked up a 16 oz bottle with clean gas. Started up engine ran and it pulled gas from bottle to bottom. Then it put gas back into bottle about 5 oz. ran didn’t pull out gas nor put more in then engine died. Wondering what is happening in side cool module Is it getting water to cool it or is it getting hot and something happens to push gas back out the input line
