Possible "new to formula" owner.

Looking at possibly purchasing a 1988 f29pc. Was wondering if there any known issues I should look into. Boat was stored for winter at a New Jersey marina last year and unfortunatly the owner couldn't pay for summer storage. So I have a chance to get her pretty cheap. It has twin fwc 5.7s with alpha drives. Thank you I advance for any information. Don

Your biggest issue is that the boat is 28 years old and could have the types of issues, like moisture & rot, that go with a boat of that age.
How cheap is 'pretty cheap'?

I agree with tpenfield, while I don't have personal experience with this boat or any known issues, I would think pretty much everything is suspect with a boat this age. Also be mindful that if the previous owner had financial issue he/she could have shortcut some of the maintenance items also.
