New to me 2011 40 PC - need help on canvas storage covers

So I wasted the entire summer looking for an alternative to my last Formula. What was I thinking?? Came back home to a nice 2011 40 PC. Need help though on what I believe is a strataglass cover. Like my former 31, I found the 3 bags for canvas (though no foam rolls), but there is one flat approx 4x6 cover with mesh liner and velcro flap. Anyone out there with a similar boat that can tell me what the cover/bag is for?

That "cover bag" is for the 3 panels that go over the windshield. They need to be stored flat, usually under the forward bearth. Each of the 3 panels fits in one pocket, to avoid scratching.
