PT G had an idea for a place for members to get info on their boats.

The newest product guide I have with your specs is for 2001, 2002 was for diesel only.

Wow, thanks Troy. Those numbers for RPM's and MPH are pretty close to what I have clocked, but I have 22 X 20 four blade wheels. I am taking them back to MD to have them tuned, since my limiter kicks in before I reach WOT. I topped out at 32MPH, so I think I can wring a couple more MPH if I am propped right. What I really want is to kick up my cruise to about 24-26MPH in the 3400-3700 range. I think the 496's are a little better on fuel than the 502's. Thanks, you are proving to be a wealth of information.
 
No problem. I might know were there is a set of five blades if you would like me to find out $
 
Say that would be nice to know, and I will be checking with Black Dog Props next week to see if they have any 5 blades on the shelf which would fit my application. Not that I want to keep switching out props but it would be nice to have a set of wheels which are giving me optimum performance.

I would also like to raise a glass to Troy for his participation on the forum. I think it is a testament to his ethics as a salesperson to be actively participating here. You would think this to be a place for someone to make a mark for themselves in the Formula community, but we certainly have had our share of those "dropping by" and moving on. Seems like this would be a place to eventually gain word of mouth referrals as opposed to making cold calls in the attempt to move inventory.
