Hey would anyone be interested in a in season Long Island Sound "ish" Rendezvous? Nothing crazy maybe just a long weekend somewheres?

What do you guys think?

Sounds great to me - Center Island?? - Port Jeff?? - GreenPort???? - Conn River??? - Northport??? Brittania Yct Center??? In the Beginning of the Season, I always like.

Somewhere in the middle would be great for this. Greenport for docks or West Neck or Sag Harbor for a tie up.

I'm game. Not sure if any of you guys know John Wiley but he does a ton of work with Formula and I was plugging him to work on the factory to 'add a little something' to the effort to help us get something organized.

I know John, he helped me out getting into the Formula family his wealth of knowledge is amazing. Great guy great spokes person.

every one knows JW. Every time I see a Formula on the water I text him a pic and he tells me the entire story behind the family and their purchase. Each summer a different Formula owner stops by Point Judith while getting fuel and tells me JW sent them over to say hello. Making boating friends is his business - esp with Formulas!

Everyone throw him a line and see if he can get some Formula/Rex help to start the event!

Hi,

I'd be into a rendezvous. Between the forks is a little far for an overnight/weekend for us (really for my wallet), but, depending on date we could try and combine with vacation. Something mid sound, we'd could do as an overnight most weekends.

Its a ways off, around labor day, but, we went to the Huntington lighthouse music fest last year and a raft up of Formulas would be fun. Someone from across the sound in norwalk was there on a new/demo 34 PC.

Thanks,

g

Just did Port Washington twice but Family health issues kept me from going out this weekend but I was able to sit on her and get some thing s done. My club has two mooring balls there so it will probably be my main destination since traveling far may be out this year because we may have to get home quickly. But any time on the water is great and any sentence that has the word boat in it is a good sentence. I did leave the dock over 80 times in 2017 and 60 in 2018.

Shadows on the Hudson is a nice run if you like going up the river. They have over nigh spots and if you want the comforts of a hotel that have that also.

Will be in Greenport this weekend if anyone is around. Staying in Stirling Harbor.

we will HOPEFULLY be in PJ Friday Saturday for a short stay.

I have to pick up my mother in law at Logan Airport in Boston on Sunday. (which I'm SERIOUSLY trying to get out of with and UBER XL)

I'm running to Newport for an overnight Friday but will be back mid day Saturday. I will keep an eye out for ya. I am on B dock.
