Ilmor parts?

I'm hoping for delivery of a 330 cbr with twin Ilmor 6.2/430s by the end of May. I'm trying to find a good source for PM parts like the filter for the drive and fuel/water filter. The hydraulic lines for the one touch system need to be replaced every 200 hours. The nearest service center is 30 miles away and they are only a "express" center. I've done my own service for over 20 years and enjoy doing it. The Ilmor site notes "see dealer" to purchase parts. Who do you use?

I order through the dealer and they drop ship but I get most of the filters through summit racing.

Where did you hear that the power steering lines need replaced after 200 hours? I do not see that in my manual.
