It's back where the distributor used to be, but to the left (if your laying on top of the motor) a tad. It's a simple 2 bolt replacement.
Make sure you change the gasket, and also change the IAC filter that is in the throttle body (behind the air cleaner).
Also while you have everything apart, if you have access to compressed air, it's a good idea to blow air through the IAC filter port back to the IAC location to clear any filter materials that may be in that channel.
The filter (muffler as they call it) is number 5. It's actually just a small piece of foam material.
