Hydraulic Swim Platform Fluid

I noticed the fluid was low in the spring, so I filled it with the recommended fluid. While cleaning the bilge, I've noticed it's about dry.

I did notice several nuts that are attaching the tank to a plate. I was going to see if they are loose tomorrow, before heading out. Beyond that, any suggestions on where to start looking?

So when you lower or raise the platform do you see any oil in the water..... remember you can overfill it quick it should just cover the top of the motor inside the reservoir.

I didn't notice oil in the water, but i wasn't looking. Based on your comment, I over filled it.

Yeah...if you over fill it will leak out the cap when you cycle the lift....so just make sure to clean that up :)
