Hull design or damage?

[FONT=&quot]Am I going crazy? I went down to the 41PC yesterday to do a couple things in Springtime prep and noticed the hull looked curved by the rearmost block and was mortified that the hull was damaged while blocking. Upon further inspection, it looks totally fine, I don't see any paint chips and looking at older pics of my boat it looks like this hull curve has been here all along (lines up with the prop pockets). Is this a hull design? Or is my hull actually flexing down like that at the stern. The entire hull was tapped and inspected by a surveyor last year as well.

I just noticed it last week when I was measuring for making a prop puller for this boat. I looked over and saw the downward angle. I thought I was seeing things for a moment until I realized it was designed that way.
