House batteries priblem re: 2013 pc 31 formula

Accidentally left batteries on but was hooked up to shore power. Few days later discovered hatch could not lift. Hooked up battery charger and house battery is fine Gages say full battery but can’t get any power to house in boat... eg cabin lights, fridge, etc all. What am I missing. Switch?
