Does anyone know how to remove the headrests? I assume it's just the 10,000 screws under the hatch side. Boat comes home the 11th, so I'll start on it shortly after.

Figured it out...
After I'm done with my engine repairs, I'll remove the rear seat and send all the stuff to the upholstery guy.
Kinda hard to do engine repairs with no rear seat.

At least 11,000 best news is we have screw guns..........Mirrors under hatch come off then easy breezy

I took down the mirrors a while ago, both had some cracks. Less weight = faster boat 
Seats are back in my shop. Hope to install maybe next week.
Much softer/cushier than before.

Should look at Ted's (tpenfield) new reupholster job he's doing on his new to him Cruiser 338. Might give ya some ideas. He did a great job with his 330

DONE for Winter 2022
Done for now.
Next winter might be the back of the seat - all new just white.
I feel like Formula's upholstery shop just likes to show off
Also the one front seat needs re-welded (for years now), and a nut stripped in there somewhere.
So fall 2022 I might be removing the front seats, and all the padding and having it renewed.

thanks!. I wish I took a pic of how bad the back seat was. Superglue held it a good 2 years while I had other priorities to repair.
