Engine Flush Kit

On my 350 Mercruisers it had a built in Flush kit adaptor mounted on top of the engine. I brought the male adaptor that goes on the hose which was an OEM Mercruiser PLASTIC part and it was over $100. It snapped the first time I used it. Waste of money. I brought a brass barb to hose adaptor from home depot for $10 and it did the same thing. So I decided to take it one step further for convenience purposes. I put two valves in (one for each engine) and tied it into my pressurized water line. So now when I'm at the dock or when I'm running the engines on land all I have to do is make sure the hose is connected to input fitting on the swim plateform and turn a valve for each engine.
