Drive Showers and External Tie Bars

Has anyone put a Simrek Halo and a saddle mount Tie Bar like the Eddie Marine unit on their boats? I want to be sure they are compatible since they both attach at the end of the trim rams.

Got both on my 31PC.No problem but the end caps for the trim cylinders can't be used.

Thanks Sno. I can live without the end caps. I'm happy to sacrifice them for the cause.

Did you install them yourself?

This'll be a self-install, so easy is needed. Looks like a matter of a few nuts for the mounts. What is needed other than that?

Just put these on my 400 SS this weekend. Skill level? They practically jumped out of the box and installed themselves! Also was able to retain the end caps.

Looking good groovitz. And you get to use the boat over the next months while mine is tucked away in heated storage!
