Changing times at Glencove Marine

Now that those involved have made it know to the public. It is with regret that I have to announce that Troy Ernst salesmen @3mm and Glen Labor@the highway have left our sales team at Glencove marine. Both Troy and Glen have been an asset to our sales staff and will be missed. But that said, we still have an expert sales staff to help you make the correct boat purchase for all your famlies boating needs. We have a strong brokerage sales record the last few years, and have helped many Formula owners sell their boats. I have been with Formula for 30+ years as a mechanic and a salesmen
and with Glencove Marine for almost 22 years. We have been a Formula dealer since 1987 and look forward to many more years as the Formula Dealer at the Lake of the Ozarks. If you have any questions about Glencove Marine or the 2011 Formula boat lineup please feel free to call me at anytime at 573-216-4392 I will try and answer them.......Capt. Is that 2008 310SS Morning Sand on boattrader.com listed for under 90k from US Liquidators your old 2008 310SS ? The pictures look the same that were on your website.

I do not believe it is. Marine Max here at the lake bought it from GE .....but I have not seen it for a while...If they still have it they are going to have a tuff time selling it ...I can sell a new 2011 310SS for a price that will make that look bad!

Has to be a great feeling for you guys to be able to do that for sure !!!
And you wonder why that 34 PC you own keeps taking in value. ::)
I am sorry to have to agree with you on that.........But the reduction in price in the 2011 models over time
will help in I think in two ways......
More affordable pricing on new boats,= more people looking to buy Formulas.
More boaters looking for a used Formula because the price of new is still too high for them,= more used boats sold...........
Our used boats have been selling great all year....... Capt. Steve 8) 8) 8)

Is Glencove going to be stocking NEW Formulas ?? Just curious after all those Formulas that were once in stock are now gone ??

The answer is yes.............With sold boats being built before stock boats, and a small workforce at Formula,
getting inventory has been tuff...............Now that the vacation season is over I hope they (Formula) can
start building stock boats for the dealers...........BUT we are still selling new boats. So every time we sell one it moves a stock boat back to the end of the line.........On my desk are possible sold 2 350SS , a 370SS and a couple of 400SS........so this could slow stock boats down a bit......At this time it is not a bad problem to have....... We have app. 10 new 2011 boats on the water at this time and hoping to put several more on the lake before the snow flies........... Capt. Steve 8) 8) 8)

I don't think too many dealers are going to order boats for inventory, especially since a lot of dealers had to / or just did return their Formulas to either GE Capital or other institutions during this downturn.
