cabinet door inside bathroom

a couple of weeks ago the cabinet door inside the bathroom just fell off. It is not from the hinges as they are still attached to the two pieces of wood that is there. I do not see where to reattach the door. Has anyone had this happen to them? If so how was it fixed. There is very little glue residue and no screw holes on the wood.

Yeah so I really can't figure out picture 2 - mine has struts, but yours looks different. Perhaps a better picture might help or we are all lost perhaps ?

I'll try and get a better picture next time on the boat. It looks like the wood was glued somewhere, just don't know where.
