Here’s how I added mine, not sure if this is what you are thinking, but hopefully it will help:
1) go to your profile, then click on the camera
2) select Camera or Library, for this I chose library
3) select the pic you want
4) click Done
5) finished

Since FormulaCT and 31PC covered how to add pics to your avatar, I decided to add pictures to this thread.
Let's see everyone else's, including Divergirls' 41PC.Here is mine from shortly after launch in early May. Just had new canvas put on this spring.
There is a 430SSC in the background....Beautiful boat.
