Bilge area

310SS Lifted the carpet up today and found this hose drains into this small bilge
Turned on Cabin bilge and it just make small movement to the water in there but does not drain this out
Is this normal or should it drain out

My 330ss gets water in the forward bilge after a heavy rain. If it rains super heavy for awhile and the boat is on the trailer(back end up higher than if it was sitting in the water) I've had it overflow into the cabin carpet. Now I know to look for it and will suck it out with a shop vac.

hey, So where is the bilge pump back there? I have a 17 310ss and when i hit cabin bilge I hear it but not sure where it is located?
