Best Prop For My 252

I recently purchased a 93 252 SS with a 454mag and Bravo 1. It also came with a 3-blade 19 pitch Mirage prop. The boat gets up on plane very easy and I'm looking to get some more top end speed with a possible prop change. I'm thinking of going to a 21 or 23 pitch prop. Any ideas on the best prop for this boat ?
 
Before you change the pitch, what rpm does the engine turn at wide open throttle? If I remember correctly, a 454 mag is supposed to run between 4600 and 5000 rpm at WOT (someone correct this, if I am wrong). If it's running at that speed then increasing the pitch is not recommended.
 
I can get 5200-5300 rpm at WOT when the drive is trimmed out a bit. The 454mag is rated for 4600 - 5000 rpm at WOT.
 
It sounds like the 21" prop would be perfect for you. Even though you might be able to save a few dollars by purchasing a prop on-line, purchasing a prop through your marina might allow you to try different props prior to purchase.
 
That's a good idea. I'll check around to see who will allow me to try props to find the best one.
