Adjusting Tiebar

I have an Eddie Marine Tiebar on order.

The drives center to center are 34.5 apart measured at the transom on the center of the transom assemblies.

When I get the bar on and go to adjust it, should the distance between the drives be spot on 34.5.or should it be more or less?
 
i would think you would want them as even as possible. i would also think that the part could come with recommendations as to how it should be set up.

I got info that, with the dual props, I should adjust them exactly on dimension since any toe-in or toe-out is to compensate for uneven torque on twin single prop outdrives.

Eddie Marine tells me the bar is on its way so I'll post some boat-porn pics when I get the bar and drive showers on.
