ACP Limited Protection

Has anyone got knowledge of this condition? The status went from Good to Limited Protection between trips.

The book says the zinc is providing full protection, and seek service if it stays in Limited mode for more than 2 hours, but today's trip was only a 15 minute run to the fuel dock and back.

Fresh water?
It goes to limited protection if you are going up the CT River for example.
