50 Amp engine breaker

Hello all. I have an odd issue with the starboard engine breaker tripping only in my river on the Chesapeake Bay.

The first time was when we brought it home. We were in very choppy water for 45 minutes at 3000-3500 RPM then hit the 6 MPH zone in our river. Started to plane up to 3200 RPM and it tripped.

Second time we went out of our river and to the lighthouse about 10 miles total on smooth water. Idled around for a few minutes came back in and at the same point after the 6 MPH zone it tripped. This time it tripped 3 times.

Third time I went to the about 12 miles, idled around, came back and at the same point after the 6 MPH zone it tripped 3 times.

We took a big trip across the bay and before we went out to the bay we fueled up about 5 miles away from the dock. We had to idle while 2 other boats fueled up, docked and turned off the engines but kept the key on and it tripped while we refueled. Went an hour away and had no issues. Came back with no issues until after the 6 MPH zone in our river and it only tripped once.

Today we went about 5 miles anchored and hung out with no issues.

Thoughts?

My 1st gut responses perhaps you have a breaker that's failed... I can't remember can you swap breakers from the other engine and see if it follows a breaker or the engine

toofast, That is my thought but the dealership wants the boat for x amount of days\weeks to troubleshoot it. I do have 2 engines and thought about swapping the breaker but figured that I would collect more data. I originally thought that heat was the issue but that fact that it trips at a specific location is just throwing me for a loop. I have a new breaker on the way and will replace it.
