Hey all,

My wife has told me that I take up too much space and she's getting cranky about sleeping together in the bow cabin. I was wondering if anyone has slightly expanded the bed to make a bit more space and if so how they accomplished it. Any input is helpful, thanks!

I know it is smaller than we would like especially because our 90 pound lab sleeps with us. We made a new mattress because the factory one was horrible to sleep on. The new one is an 8? thick memory foam mattress. We made it the same size as the original but you could get an oversized mattress and cut it so it would go completely side to side. In the bow it would be easy to make it fit from hull to hull. After you get aft to where it starts to narrow down you could either cut it the same size or remove the ?band? that holds the mattress in place. Add some plywood to support it.
