41PC Cummins low oil pressure

I have a 2000 41PC with the 6CTAs engines. I noticed earlier this year that the starboard engine oil pressure was low after running awhile. I have checked fluid levels, changed oil and filter and it still remains low at idle coming into no wake zone. At 1800-2000 RPMs it is around 30psi. This did not happen until I had a oil remote filter bracket put on. After the latest oil change on both motors, the port is doing the same. At no wake speed I am around 15psi for both.
 
Since you say it seems to have started after you added the remote oil filter, what if you removed that and returned it to the way it was before and see if you still have the same issue?
Where is the oil pressure sensor in relation to the oil flow? As a guess, if it is after the oil is returned from the filter, I would say that your new setup is restricting flow to the filter and therefore shows a drop in pressure.
