I took the 302 down to the boat hospital today. This is the fourth boat of mine I've taken there in the last couple months. I told him this was the flagship of my fleet. :)

I've having them change all four indicator cables, adjust my throttle, change the water separators etc. I'm also having them give me an estimate on recovering my bolsters.
 
The driveway looks mighty empty without the 302 parked there. I think it's the first time I've been able to park my truck there. :)

cuda, i remember when i was a much younger man, i had a oppertunity to go to the marine trade show in chicago. formula was there, this had to be 1983 or 1984 the had on lake michigan a 302 with kaamas and big 454's with 4 guys in it we saw 75 plus on the speedo. i wonder where that hod rod is now!!! have a good day triple j p.s. when can i quit being a newbie?
 
At 50 it is barely better. Then you are a "jr.member" status :eek: Better than newbie just barely.
