Good luck with the sale. Your 45 looks to be very well-cared for. I like tour use of the house batteries cover, looks like your spare props. Also noticed your grill cover (?), did you fabricate that yourself?

No the cover is factory. It offers great protection and additional counter space.
Yes those are spare props they fit perfectly on top of the house batteries.
