2009 Formula 40 PC Performance Specification Giude

Hi,

I'm in the process of buying a 2009 Formula 40 PC with iPod 500 Diesel engines and had taken it out for a test drive. I was only able to get up to 24.5 knots at wide open throttle. According to boattest.com the boat should do 42 miles per hour which converts to 35 knots.
So would anybody have the 2009 Formula 40 PC boat specification PDF? Or know of this issue or how it could be repaired.

what size boat, (i have the 37pc with specs), what engines, inboard v drives or outdrives? I can get mine up to mid high forties mph depending on water, so 24 knots seems off base. I normally cruise at 3500 rpm and get roughly 34-35 mph.
