my fresh water is leaking somewhere and filling my toilet holding tank. Has anyone had this happen to them.

Sounds like you have a leak at the head. If you have a vacuflush head, there is a foot operated valve that flushes and adds water, that would be the 1st place i'd check.

I do have a vac flush and I will check that out. Thanks
