I am moving up, so our well cared for and meticulously maintained 37PC is up for sale.
This 37PC is Boathouse kept, has gas 8.1L Mercruiser (460 hrs) V-Drive boat with Hurth Acutech finished props. Reverseo (5 port) oil change system makes engine oil, transmissions, and generator fluid changes easy and clean work. Upgraded Hardin stainless seawater pumps with larger impellers insure no cooling problems and rebuildable housings, a fault of the old Merc pumps. Smooth and perfectly matched performance. Generator is Kohler with 100 hours, works perfect! When I purchased this one owner boat in late 2014, it was primarily used as a day boat on Lake Norman. More or less a blank canvas with hardly any electronics. Since then, all systems have been overhauled or replaced to fit my needs. A Raymarine e127 hybrid touch with sonar and a Raymarine P70R autopilot was added. All Smartcraft interfaces have been installed and the 12? screen displays the engine instruments as well as the backup analog gauges. New iCom VHF radio, stereo, Bluetooth, XM Sirius, and all speakers upgraded to lit Memphis Marine and a powered sub. Vetus bow/ mid thruster with the upgraded 5 bladed prop make docking a breeze!
All seat bottom skins and foam in the cockpit were replaced in 2019 with brand new factory skins. There wasn?t anything wrong with them, just a little yellowed from use and my OCD said they needed to be done. All Canvas and isenglass were brand new in 2015 from Ameritex from the factory along with the cockpit carpet. The bow pads were replaced and updated from Formula with the reclining backs. Formula is very Proud of these, and they let you know that when you purchase them! We had custom covers made to protect or investment that stay on nicely while under way or at port. The anchor, chain, line and windless gypsy were all replaced in 2019. Polished stainless Lewmar anchor, chain and line combo works great from up front or at the helm. Stainless spotlight update as well as the LED anchor light and new TV antenna on top of the arch in 2020.
The water system has been upgraded to a new pump, filter, expansion tank, quiet kit, and hot water heater bypass. All fixtures have had new control valves installed, no leaks or drips. The drain sump box switch and gulper pump have been updated to the latest and greatest. The head has been completely rebuilt with all new duckbills, valves, seals, and the new quiet vacuum pump. Most of these updates were done because of age, not failures or cycles. I like to do preventative maintenance when I have time, versus fixing something while away from my home port. Essentially, most everything is new.
All lighting has been replaced with cooler running and efficient LEDs. A LG 32? Smart TV on a swivel mount takes the place of the old built in job. A little finish work still needed behind it, but a new trim piece from Formula?s cabinet maker trims it up nicely. A brand new refrigerator in 2020 took the place of the old one, smaller footprint but more cubic feet inside, nice update. The mattress is custom made latex and is more comfortable than my home mattress! The custom Egyptian cotton sheets are new too. All of the comforts of home and more!
The hull finish is in Very good condition with a few age spots. It isn?t perfect, but probably one of the best considering the age, remember, it?s a used boat. Perfect comes with a price from the factory, new! I have spent several hundred hours cleaning and polishing this vessel, no chalk, shiny finish. Gunnel, swim platform, and underwater lights make a statement along with the speaker lights at night for entertaining.

We also boat in northern New York, so it is laid up for 6-7 months annually. It is currently shrink wrapped and on the hard, so if there is interest, we will make arrangements for the potential buyers to inspect the boat inside and out with a pending sea trial in the early spring. My open checkbook never let anything wait for repairs or updates. Turn key, reliable and good looks, ready for the 2021 boating season. $155k with receipts to back up all replaced/ upgraded gear.
