2003 37 PC Head vent filter

I have looked at all the spots the other post have noted on the other models but cannot find my filter. Anyone have experience ? Must be behind something that needs removed.

Nope, according to Formula my 2003 37PC did not come with one! Never any smell at all, but to be proactive I installed a Big Orange Filter.

Just above the generator battery is the spot. Mounted it to the bulk head, careful there are some wires back there. I cut out the insulation and screwed it in. Easy to route the hose from the holding tank right there.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I have a vent line coming out of the tank and going straight up where you show you installed the filter.
I had not been getting any smell but just this week whenever the toilet was flushed would get a smell. Maybe just a function that my tanks is getting full? My level indicator in the head is only showing medium though...

On our 34, we've been emptying the tank every chance we can. It helps keep the smell down. I stopped watching the level gauge, and just waved down the pump boat while anchored, or pumped every time we got fuel, regardless of how much was in the tank.

Scott R. at TAG confirmed mine does not have a filter. I will start pumping mine out with each fuel purchase, and add deodorizer.

Never found a tank filter which can keep the smell down when flushing. Only good when not flushing.

I took a filter, cut in half and placed a Tee in it with a screw cap. Can dump the charcoal out and replace when ever I want to, but it still doesn't remove the small when flushing
