2000 41 PC vents

I just took delivery of my 2000 41PC. Ive looked everywhere and can't find a description of what the 4 vents are on the port side just aft of the radar arch ( on the hull). My previous 3 Carver models had details of all the vents, through hulls etc. Any help?

Gas vents for PS tank and you have two on the SS. Im thinking the other two on the PS maybe waste line for pump out.

Gee I was wondering also just took ownership on the 15th of this month and previous owner had no idea.
