It will tow it, What engine and rear end gearing does the truck have and is it limited slip? Limited slip will help getting up the ramp when pulling boat out of the water.
Make sure that the surge brakes work and work well on the trailer. The truck brakes are too small to stop both the truck and trailer/boat if you had to panic stop or stop going down a steep grade.
A F250 or 2500 series truck will do you better, larger brakes, stiffer rear springs less sag in the rear.
But yes it will tow it just not the best on the truck.
