'01 280SS Ladder hinge

Hello! Has anyone had the weld on the swimplatform ladder break? And if so where did you find a replacement? Thanks!

My sister ran into the ladder with her car while it was on the trailer. She paid for a new one for our 260 for about $70. Hopefully the ladder for a 280 won't be much more. Welding stainless is not easy so I suggest that buying new makes more sense.
