Every one of my speakers is blown out, likely from salty air. Anyone have thoughts on the easiest and cheapest replacements? I don't want to drill or add any additional components, but the stock ones strike me as crap.

I have a few screws in the cockpit dash that are loose/stripped. Could be because those holes are missing the plastic inserts. Any tips on how to fix this or the sizes for replacements?
