cockpit cover straps

I have a 400 ss and there are two straps on the transom portion that have a little buckle and piece that hooks on to a little plastic post like piece. anyone have an idea where I could find a replacement as the plastic piece broke? they are similar to the shock cord type but instead of a stretchy rope like piece its a plastic piece

I think you may need to speak with a canvas boat specialist or an RV repair company. Easy to find, not so easy to fit onto your canvas.

The strap itself is still on the canvas it's the plastic buckle and female part that I need. Should be easy to fix I just can't find the part
