I Want to down size from my Formula 45 back to a 40 PC. In an effort towards retirement and cutting down on finances. My 45 Has many options and new upgrades and parts. Power is Volvo D9575's with 330 hrs.. Options cockpit AC, grille. new cockpit Fridge, flex teak cockpit and swim platform, hydraulic swim platform. KVH satellite, the list goes on. will consider trade for 40 PC plus cash. Will post pics later or upon request. Hull is sapphire blue metallic. $ 319,900.00

If you want to go smaller perhaps, like to a 31PC, I bet we can work a deal

Hi too fast, The 40 will be as small as I would go. Four kids plus spouses and five grandkids won't fit in a 31. Sorry.

My 2007 45 has been sold. A young couple are now the new owners boating in Connecticut.

If you're still in the market for a 40 PC...I was about to post mine. It's a 2005 40 PC hardtop, hydraulic swim platform, Yanmar 440's w/ about 550 hrs. Recent replacement of sun pads and some isenglass...otherwise in excellent condition. Asking $155K
