Transom Speakers on a 40pc.

I have a buddy with a 07 40 pc he wants help adding speakers to his transom. The one request or idea he has it to be able to control the volume to those speakers seperate from the cockpit speakers so if people are in the water they can be turned up while leaving the cockpit off or down. While I am very well versed and audio savy this seems beyond me if possible! I'm sure it is but not sure how it can be done the right way. Also i know he is still under warranty so will adding these void the factory warranty?

One other question is does anyone know were the factory amps are located in a 40pc
 
I'm sure that the 40PC amps are located under the cabin salon couch seatbacks - that's where mine are located. Mine are located behind the seat backs of the first two sections underneath the stereo head unit. Unscrew lag bolt nut from storage bin of seat to remove.

Does this make sense?
