Hey has anyone heard anything about revolution marine manifolds. Not a bad deal for $950. A lot cheaper than gill or EMI. Thanks

Well im gonna order them cuz i need some now ones. Im worried about mine. Im constantly changing manifold gaskets on the port engine. Ive tried every kind of gasket too. I even had the heads decked (and ported and polished). When i get them on and run i will let you guys know how they are. Heres a tip if you take your exhaust off for any reason replace the bolts with stainless.

Yup i got them, I havent run them yet. Hopefully in a week or so i will get to the lake and run'em. I talked to a guy at the lake and he showed me a dyno sheet with 29 hp gain over stock. That and the approx. 40% weight reduction should be good for a few mphs. Hopefully.

ANYONE EVER WENT WITH STAINLESS MARINE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS AND RISERS? I USED THEM ON MY LAST FORMULA, AND THEY FIT GREAT. NOT SURE ABOUT PERFORMANCE, BUT WERE ABOUT 400.00 PER PAIR MORE THAN STOCK MANIFOLDS AND RISERS, WITH A GREAT GUARANTEE, AND LIGHTER MATERIALS. THEY ALSO LOOKED GREAT.

I had a set two years ago, put them on right after buying it, so I don't know about any perf. improvements. I was going for BLING ;D and weight savings. I did not have to re-prop the boat so perf. improvements if any were nominal. I did have trouble with the back of the power steering reservoir hitting the manifold. Fixed that by robbing parts off my stock car, new pump with remote reservoir, more BLING ;D Just sold them when I bought my new engines.

Just bought a set of EMI's with the long risers for the sbc in my boat. They don't quite line up with the thru transom connectors to the thunder box. I have got some flexible exhaust hose ordered then should be able to get them hooked up. Construction and finish is excellent.
