Performance Cruiser needs some mods

Just got our baby back after five years in brokerage. Glad she didn't sell. Now I'm gonna get to work!
First, the galley sink is going to be replaced with a larger one! As large a sink as I can fit between the stove and the fridge. Will have to give up the trash bin, but worth it.

The longggg wasted space on the top of the crescent settee is getting a full fore to aft shelf box with dividers (teak) sitting right on top of the settee and built to angle against the hull side, under the twin portholes. It will need to be removable since so many components live behind the settee cushions.

Another custom shelf box to be built and installed on the partition wall inside the head compartment. For shampoos, towels, etc. (I already removed ALL the shower stuff, since most of it broke off during travel)

Already installed an LCD TV above the cockpit galley, but another is needed for the main sleeping berth. Most likely on the port curved closet wall (2004 without the bulkhead). And move the lower galley TV to the bulkhead above the entrance to the aft cabin as offered in later models. That will free up the space back in the galley for more cabinet storage.

A new larger custom sized single piece dining table out in the cockpit. Side note; I use the triangular tabletop as a bar station in the helm. It fits perfectly from steering wheel to captains seatback. Keep the cooler on the floor under it and do all my lime/drink garnish on that table while at anchor.

Add an additional vent and solar fan into the black tank for constant airflow (and no smell).
Add a solar fan into the bow hatch for air flow when the boat is closed up during the week. I unseat all seat cushions, open all hinged seat bottoms, open the bilge and engine hatches for unrestricted airflow when the boat is closed up during the week. Never have any musty odor issues.

Cockpit carpet needs to be replaced, cabin carpet replaced with teak/holly (composite)
