Must stay marinas/locations in NJ

So many of us like to travel with our boats. To help out fellow boaters in search of new destinations in certain areas such as this thread is aimed towards NEW JERSEY - share where you think is a nice spot to maybe be a transient boater.

Some hot spots that I am familiar with in Jersey and have had experience staying at have been:

-Golden Nugget/Farley State Marina - Atlantic City, NJ (Clean accommodations, gas, deck with bar and entertainment, casinos with restaurants nearby)

-Shelter Harbor Marina - Beach Haven (LBI), NJ (Clean accommodations, quiet docks, beach/ocean 5 min walk, Pool, hot tub, Fantasy Island block over, restaurants nearby)

-Key Harbor Marina - Waretown, NJ (Full amenities, Restaurant at Marina, Pool, gas)

-Southwinds Marina - Forked River, NJ (Full amenities, Restaurant/Beach Bar at Marina, Gas)

-Comstock Marina - Brick, NJ (Gorgeous marina, full amenities, gas)

I am currently staying at Seaview Harbor Marina.
They have a pool and restaurant and a private beach.
Minutes to Great Egg Harbor inlet.
24 hour fuel dock.
Residence get one free pump out at there slip a week.
Minutes to Ocean City and not far from Atlantic City.

I haven't travelled that far south in NJ but we always stay at Channel club marina in Monmouth beach. It is beautiful there. My kids love it. They have gas an outside bar and a pool. People are great there. Go at least 3 times a year for the last 10 years.
